Please note that our returns policy only applies to UK customers. There may be delays for international deliveries due to customs processes and regulations, especially now that the UK is no longer part of the EU. We advise all customers to place their orders well in advance to account for any potential delays with customs authorities. Unfortunately, as the customs authority is separate, we cannot expedite or retrieve packages held at the border. This means that cancellations or refunds cannot be processed while the package is pending, regardless of the length of the delay.
To ensure a smooth delivery process, we recommend customers provide their email address and phone number when placing an order so that the local delivery company can contact them before attempting delivery.

Returns Policy for the UK:
Items can be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of product receipt. To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be returned in the same condition as received, including intact tags and no signs of usage. A deduction may apply if the item is not returned per our terms and conditions.
We offer a return portal for customers in the UK, which can be accessed upon request. If the item is defective, faulty, or the wrong item was received, we highly recommend contacting our customer service before using the return portal to obtain a prepaid label.
For items returned due to reasons such as "doesn't fit," "style not as expected," "found a better price," "no longer needed," or "purchased the wrong size/colour," a deduction of £2.99 will be applied if a prepaid label is requested through our return portal.
Please note that we do not cover any other return services for any return reasons except in cases where prior arrangements have been made with our customer service.
